Services

Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Addictions and Mental Health

Assists persons who may be at risk of developing, or currently experiencing, family and personal difficulties related to alcohol, other drugs, gambling or co-occurring mental health and addiction problems.

Both locations are open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Leeds Grenville Mental Health provides services, treatment, and support for adults living with mental health issues.

Children Mental Health Leeds and Grenville

Help children, youth, and their families: understand and address any current mental health challenges. Help to build skills and coping strategies that promote positive mental well-being.

Lanark County Mental Health

Provides services and programs to Lanark County adults and transitional aged youth (17 years and older) who experience mental health concerns.

Both sites are available for appointments Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Open Doors for Lanark Children and Youth

Provide mental health services to children and youth in Lanark.
Smiths Falls and Perth are open Mondays until 8:00 pm. Carleton Place is open Wednesdays until 8:00 pm. All other days, sites are open Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with evening appointments available.

Self Help Groups

Alcoholics Anonymous (Lanark Leeds)

Members share experiences, strengths, and their hopes to solve their common problem, and to help others recover from alcoholism.

Smart Recovery

Self-Management and Recovery Training (SMART) helps people recover from addictive behaviours including alcoholism and drug abuse. Meetings take place in person or online.

Women for Sobriety

Helps all women find their path to recovery through self-discovery by sharing experiences, hopes, and encouragement with other women in similar circumstances. Women can participate in online forums or face to face meetings in Brockville.
