Speech and Language • Back to Growing Up Healthy Families with children, birth to 5 years, may access speech and language services including information, identification, assessment, treatment and training through one central access point. Families must live in Lanark or Leeds & Grenville Counties.  We connect families with our Partner Agencies who provide assessment, treatment and training services. The Partner Agency providing services is determined based upon the child's needs and their place of residence, within our catch-ment area. We have pamphlets and tear off sheets available on normal speech and language development in young children.
