- How to Save that Permanent Tooth

When a permanent tooth has been knocked out of your
mouth you should:
- Find the tooth - Pick it up by the crown (not the root)
- If dirty rinse in cold milk or saliva DO NOT SCRUB
- Place tooth back in socket or hold it in your cheek or a cup of cold milk
- See the dentist right away.
