* MMR = Measles, Mumps and Rubella vaccine must be given after the

If your child has not had chicken
pox or the vaccine he/she can receive the chicken pox vaccine at 5
years of age.
** Adults =
Diptheria and Tetanus every ten years
NOTE :
The MMR and varicella vaccines are live virus vaccines. If not
given on the same day, they must be given at least 28 days apart.
Talk to your doctor or nurse practitioner for more information on these
vaccines and the diseases they prevent.
