How to view PDF documents
Some of the document/publications on our web site are available in Adobe® Portable Document Format (PDF). PDF allows you to view the document as it was created visually including text and images.
To open and view a PDF file, click on the text link beside the PDF icon.
How to download PDF documents
If you do not want to read the document on-line, you can download and save the complete file for later use.
In Netscape:
Right-clicking on the text link will open this menu:

Click "Save Link As...". The "Save As..." window will open,
at which time you choose a location to save the file.
In Explorer:
Right-clicking on the text link link will open this menu:

With the pop-up menu open, click on "Save Target As...".
The "Save As..." window will open, at which time you choose a location to save the file.
A dialog box from your browser will appear asking you if you want to save the file. Specify where you want the file saved for future reference. Remember that depending on the speed of your modem, internet traffic and your internet provider, the download time can vary.
Adobe Acrobat Reader® software is available for no-charge in various languages as well as operating systems including; Windows 3.1 and 95, 98, ME, 2000, XP, Macintosh, and UNIX. Documentation for installation and operating requirements of Acrobat® is included with the software.

Once the software is installed, you can view any PDF file by opening it in Acrobat Reader®.
Printing
PDF documents are easy to print. Using the print dialogue box in Acrobat Reader® you can choose to print the whole document or any selected pages within the document.
