The birth of the baby is exciting for everyone. Family and friends
want to celebrate and visit with you and of course see the new
addition. A constant stream of visitors can be exhausting!!!!
Limit
the number of your visitors.
In the first few weeks:
- Take time out for yourself
- Rest during the day
- Eat nourishing food
- Be physically active
- Don't set goals that are unreasonable
- Do something for yourself every day
- Take one day at a time
- Learn more about postpartum depression
- Talk to and surround yourself with supportive persons
