The lifestyle choices you make in pregnancy can have dramatic effects on the health of your baby. He/she is more likely to be born healthy and stay healthy if his/her parents practice a healthy lifestyle. If you eat well, are physically active, manage stress well, and don't smoke or use alcohol or drugs, your baby will benefit both now and in the future.
