Health Unit Clients Very Satisfied

The Health Unit conducted a satisfaction survey with clients who
accessed programs and services in the winter of 2004/2005. Seventy five
per cent of clients indicated that they were “very satisfied” with the
program or service they used. Surveys were given out at health unit
offices, clinics, group programs and visits by public health inspectors.
A total of 172 surveys were completed. Clients gave many valuable
suggestions for improvement, which will be incorporated into the next
strategic plan. Ongoing ways of collecting client feedback are being
developed. |
