“HEALTH STATUS 2000”
The community health status
report, “Health Status 2000”, was created
to ensure that we are able to effectively
focus our programs and services. Over time, it
will also allow us to evaluate the
effectiveness of our programs and track
changes and trends in the health of residents.
It will also be used to measure the
community's progress towards its health goals.
