Our Health Action Line is a toll free information service we provide to the residents of Leeds, Grenville and Lanark Counties. A Public Health Nurse is available to answer your health questions or direct your call to other health professionals from Monday to Friday during the regular hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

You can get more information on any topic discussed in this publication by calling the Health Action Line as well as other health issues that are important to you.
