The Language Express PSL is a system created by the agencies who provided speech and language services prior to 1996. These agencies come from a variety of funders including the Ministries of Community and Social Services, and Health and Long Term Care.
Each of these agencies signed Letters of Agreement to participate in the PSL System as per the Guidelines set out by the Ministry of Health & Long Term Care. They are represented at both the Language Express© PSL System Committee and Service Providers Committee, in order to shape and implement the Integrated Service System Plan.
The Partner Agencies include:
-
